A clear default stack
The standard package starts with React for the interface, Node.js for application logic, and MongoDB for the data layer. The project determines the final architecture. Some workflows are better served by PostgreSQL, a Python service, or a Next.js application. The important decision is which combination supports your approved scope and an understandable handoff.
Accounts, payments, and integrations
Reusable foundations cover familiar needs such as authentication, permissions, file handling, and dashboards. Payment and communication providers are connected through supported APIs. Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and CRM integrations each require the relevant accounts, permissions, and usage budget. Every integration is listed in the scope.
AI as a defined capability
The advanced AI option can include language-model integration, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, or agents. Knowledge sources, evaluation examples, and permitted actions are specified before the build. Voice systems add telephony, speech, and escalation. An AI feature should have a concrete job and a visible fallback.
Measurement from launch
Basic analytics can use PostHog or Plausible for events, funnels, and retention. We agree on the events that demonstrate whether the first release is being used successfully. An optional custom dashboard brings business-specific metrics and operational actions into a branded interface.
A release your team can operate
The handoff covers the source repository, setup instructions, API notes, deployment process, and operating runbook. Monitoring and required configuration are documented. External subscriptions, hosting, credentials, and account ownership remain explicit so the product can continue with your team after launch.
